Reservations
- Phone reservations will be held for five days for the arrival of your
deposit.
- A $150 security deposit per week and a $100 security deposit per
weekend is required to hold your reservation. Deposit will be returned
upon inspection and can be applied to the total fee at time of check-out.
- Refunds will be made on your deposits only if cancellation is filled.
- All rates are subject to 5.5% sales tax.
- Weekly rentals begin on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. with check-out the
following Saturday at 9:00 a.m.
- Winter check-out is at 10:00a.m.
- Sorry, No Pets.
- Two night minimum.
